Surprisingly, some of the best food in the French Quarter. The fries and the bread are fantastic Super casual and easy yet fun. The owner was a super nice guy and enjoyed to talk to. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Stopped by for a quick early lunch before exploring French Quarter, everyone was surprisingly pleased with what everyone got, Fried Chicken (Tenders) was great as well as their Alligator Bites and Crawfish Pie and the Muffuletta sandwich is Massive!

Easy access, great service, lots of seating on Bourbon Street. The ambiance is casual and welcoming. The food was good. I liked the fried okra and my husband enjoyed the sauce combo the waitress suggested.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a local tour guide and it was the perfect end to my day! I really wanted an oyster poboy and this place hit the spot. I had mine "Yankee style" because I can be wimp when it comes to spicy food. The oysters were fresh, sweet and fried to perfection. Nice crispy bits without being greasy. The roll had a light crisp on the outside and was soft and fluffy on the inside. The perfect roll. The lettuce, pickles and tomato helped cut the richness of the fried oyster. There is great people watching if you can get a seat looking out on the streets. While the restaurant lacks in ambiance the food more than makes up for it!

Spent much time perusing Reddit where locals love to bash tourist restaurants and even occasionally claiming that Yelp is rigged. But a 5+ hour flight delay on 3-day trip has a way of altering food schedules, hence NOLA Poboys. The vibe is less Times Square-ish than I was led to believe. The wall and ceiling memorabilia includes an old ad for a Pylon concert; that has to count for something. The fried shrimp was dusted in spices and meticulously prepared. The crawfish pie was essentially an empanada. Various permutations like shrimp with roast beef debris are available.

Customer service was amazing here while I was queued up in line a worker was talking to someone in front of me and recommending food! I had to get some of that so she told me her favorites and first timers' favorites. The cashier lady was also nice and patient despite having a rowdy full house. I loved the gumbo! The boudin balls were good as well. The fried alligator was rather chewy and the bread was hard to tear but I think that's the charm of a po-bo. I would recommend this place if it's your vicinity :)

We stopped in here randomly on a rush to make it to get food before our ghost tour. There are 13 of us, and we were in and out in the hour we needed to be. The owner came and spoke to us and was very friendly. I was there on my bachelorette trip and he was very sweet in letting me know his shops secret. The bisque was very flavorful, and filling with lots of little crawfish and shrimp. The debris fries were just perfect. I got the cheese on the side (don't like cheese). Our entire group has learned we wished they had debris fries, sandwiches etc in Georgia! Great stop for great food!

NOLA Poboys was fantastic! Their seasoning is spicy so be aware of that. We got the crawfish Poboy and alligator balls to share. The bread was crispy on the outside and the perfect amount of softness for a good chew on the inside. It is counter service and there is a bit of a line depending on the time you arrive. Worth the wait!

Hands down the best seafood gumbo & po boy I've ever had! I'm originally from Houston and traveled to NOLA to eat good Cajun food. The service as quick and easy. They also have really good fried oysters Poboy which I forgot to take a photo of. Everything was so full of flavor and well seasoned. I'm pretty particular with my gumbo and this was definitely a winner winner!!!! The Poboys had a perfect ratio of bread, protein, and veggies. I would definitely come back. Love the NOLA type of cafe vibes with plenty of seating. The restrooms were kept pretty clean too. After a few drinks on Bourbon Street, this is definitely the spot to eat and sober up!
